Illegal Building Extension

Neighbour blatantly build a steel structure as high as 2.5ft on one end of the backyard, whereas another end is a security prevention steel structure. In the event of emergency, this structure, as the reporter mentioned, will create safety hazards or inconvenience during exit. Permit is required in order to be in compliance with the safety requirements before a structure can be built.
