Endanger Public Safety

This place belongs to one of the morning markets in Taman Midah, however this space that is in the photo is beyond the allowed vendors space. Apart from that, it is obviously taking up the entire pedestrian walkway to do business. Morning markets are usually filled with middle-aged to senior citizens, doesn’t this mean that they are being put into a dangerous situation without the proper walkway?
