KUALA LUMPUR: Less than an hour — that is all it takes for public toilets to get dirty again right after they have been cleaned.

“In just 20 minutes (after cleaning), we can see all kinds of dirt in the toilets, not including wet floors,” said Zawil Fadzilah Yahya, who used to work as a cleaner.
