Heavy duty parked illegally on a yellow line spotted in Taman Midah. Not just obstructing the traffic, but blocking pedestrians as well. From the photo, the pedestrians have to cross over through the main road which can be extremely dangerous. JPJ KL Branch has been contacted for further action.
